Conner grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a degree in political science and received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Louisville in 2022. While in law school, Conner was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review and the ABA Client Counseling team.

Conner started working for the firm as a law clerk in 2020. After passing the bar in July of 2022, Conner joined as an associate. Conner's practice areas include car accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, and dog bites.
